Delivery information

We send everything with Royal Mail tracked services. Prices and options are shown at checkout:

• Tracked 48 — 2–4 working days, free on orders over the free-delivery threshold shown at the top of the page.
• Tracked 24 — usually the next working day.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day. The product page and checkout show your expected delivery dates.

We post to Europe and worldwide with a tracked international service, usually 5–12 working days. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient.

Models are wrapped and boxed with plenty of padding so they arrive ready to place. If anything is damaged in transit, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
