Returns & refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price — no reason needed. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to return.
• Pack the building carefully — it needs to reach us undamaged.
• Post it back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Original delivery costs are refunded if you return the whole order. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty or damaged.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund including postage — you won't need to send it back first.
