Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on this website. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you place an order we email a confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and refund any payment for it.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we've made an obvious pricing error we'll contact you before dispatch.

Our buildings are finished by hand, so small variations in colour and detail from the photos are normal and are not a fault.

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery — see our returns policy.

Our models are detailed collectors' pieces with small parts, not toys, and are not suitable for children under 14.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
